Business Architecture Series – Training for Transformation
September 25, 2019
Business Architecture (BA), is described as a discipline that encompasses a wider perspective on all areas of business. It seeks to unify these areas, integrating them into a common framework of understanding. In doing so, Business Architecture represents a holistic, multidimensional view of the business.
In response to the demand for qualified Business Architects who have both the practical experience and recognised global certifications that endorse their understanding of their profession. ATE Enterprises is launching a series of training modules, kicking off with a 3 day course for ensuring success in Business Transformation. The 3-days is made up of 2 core modules covering Business Transformation in the Enterprise Architecture Context and the Business Architecture Level 1 credential certified by the Open Group which validates that delegates have gained an acceptable level of knowledge and understanding of:
- Capabilities, Processes and Business support functions
- Customers, People and Information
- Services, Organisations and Location
- Architecture Views and Viewpoints, Lines of Business, Relationships and Finance
ATE Enterprises is recognised globally for its contribution to Enterprise Architecture and Architecture domain standards and best practice. All our Business Architecture modules are aligned to the TOGAF® Standard, Version 9.2 to align these to the most widely used Enterprise Architecture standard globally and to ensure continuity.
